Many plans charge full price for people who only need to read or approve. If light users need a seat, the real cost is the headline price times everyone, not times the core team.
Whether you can get your data out
Ask what a full export contains and in what format. An export that drops attachments, comments or history is not an export — it is a reason you will not leave.
What the move itself costs
