Good performance at a fair price
It has an Intel Celeron 2955U dual-core CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz. Based on the latest Haswell architecture, this processor has led the system to a lot of web benchmarking. It proved to be better than the Samsung Series 3, which is powered by a Samsung Exynos processor. In fact, the Acer stands out as the quickest 11.6 inch Chromebook currently sold. Toshiba and HP offer the same processor, but only in 13 inch or 14 inch models. The HP Chromebook 11, though similar in size to the C720P, has an Intel Celeron CPU clocked at 1.1 GHz, and Samsung no longer offers a model with an Intel processor.
Over the last three years, there has been a significant improvement in chrome books simply because they offer a legitimate computing experience, although limited in scope. Samsung and Acer have been from the start on the race over the chrome books although now a number of PC makers, inspired by strong sales, have jumped on board or announced intentions to do so. Acer is quite low-cost alternative to other more expensive chromes like Samsung Chrome
Attractive design ,nice size and weight
Connectivity includes one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, HDMI, a combo headphone/microphone jack and a card reader. This is a decent selection for a system of this size, but we wish there were two USB 3.0 ports instead of just one. Brilliant white finish dominates the exterior.
You have the option of choosing between black and silver and this colors give the keyboard and display an eye-catching contrast. The exterior chassis is well tacked together with brilliant plastic and with no metal accents. The keyboard is perfectly small and most keypads are large enough for quick, accurate touch-typing, and the function keys are larger than those found on some 15.6 inch notebooks.

 Lows :

 Low resolution display

The C720P Chrome book has a 1366×768 display and it looks reasonably sharp but its contrast is low, and dark images do not dim as expected. Max brightness is at 184 lux, which isn’t sufficient to overcome glare in a bright, sunlit room. There is also some unusual stuttering during fast movement in videos. At times, a portion of a previous frame will remain visible while a new frame is being rendered.
 Speakers little disappointing
Unfortunately the audio quality is not as good as Maximum volume though loud enough to fill a small room with sound, it introduces distortion even into spoken dialogue. It requires use of a pair of external speakers or headphones to enjoy music or a movie.
